A port is a transportation hub located along the coast of sea, river, river, lake and reservoir, with waterway combined transportation 

equipment and conditions for safe entry and exit and berthing of ships. A place where ships are berthing, loading and unloading goods, 

loading and unloading passengers, and supplementary supplies.

      The major ports along China's coast have been partially completed, or are in the process of consolidating assets, and some other 

coastal and inland ports are also seeking cooperation and common development. The integrated operation of adjacent or similar ports, 

as well as the marriage between coastal and inland ports, will become the main trend of China's port industry in the future. The scale and 

scope of port resource integration will become larger and larger. Port resource integration and corporate restructuring will promote the

long-term, stable and sustainable development of the industry. Through the integration of resources, the port's advantages will also be 

highlighted and its competitiveness will be strengthened. Therefore, outstanding domestic enterprises in the port and terminal industry 

are paying more and more attention to the research on the industry market, especially the in-depth research on the development enviro-

nment of enterprises and changes in demand trends. Because of this, a large number of domestic excellent port and terminal industry 

enterprises have risen rapidly and gradually become the leaders in the industry.

      Port construction: There are many aspects of port engineering construction that are the same as other civil engineering, but have their 

own characteristics. Port projects are often constructed on the sea with deep water and large waves or on rivers with large changes in water 

level. The amount of water engineering is large, the quality requirements are high, and the construction period is short. Some seaports are 

also attacked by typhoons or other storms. Therefore, it is required to adopt an engineering construction plan with a high degree of assembly 

and fast constructionspeed as much as possible, and minimize the time for water work. And take practical measures to ensure the stability of
